Fabricate Custom GEM arrays from provided cDNA clones. Database partners can also choose from  proprietary clone libraries.

Once the Custom GEM array is built, you provide two samples per GEM for processing. We generate fluorescent labeled cDNA probes, hybridize them to the GEM arrays, scan the arrays, analyze the images, and provide complete data on gene expression. Data can be delivered in a standard format or in GEMTools software for further analysis and reporting.

Additional Research Services

We offer high-throughput PCR amplification and purification services for cDNA target elements, starting from 96 well-plates containing cDNA clones provided by you. These services are guaranteed to produce sufficient quantity and quality of PCR products to fabricate up to 250 GEM arrays. In addition, we also provide fluorescent probe preparation services starting from tissue or RNA samples. Or you can label your own samples with our probe labeling kit.

Guarantee and Support

Guarantees the technical quality of GEM(sm) services as monitored by control elements incorporated into each GEM array. We will repeat at no additional charge any experiments which fail to meet the performance requirements of the control elements.
